Fiesta Furnishings — Local services in Scottsdale

3/2024 - Follow up to prior review.... another thing to love about Fiesta Furnishings & especially Jeanne.... Having worked with Jeanne over 2 years ago - she still remembers me & my prior purchases! She helps me to continue to coordinate furnishings and decor whenever I am in the store. It is incredibly special and so helpful to have a store that sells excellent quality products with attentive customer service that is genuinely going to steer you in the right direction based upon your needs/budget/style/etc. while preventing you from making costly errors. Furniture is too expensive to get it "wrong" or to "guess" what will work in your home. At this point, I only get into Scottsdale 1-2x/year, but I try to drop by, if only just to walk through, whenever I get the chance.

Original review: Great store and great sales people -- friendly and helpful! I am not familiar with Scottsdale but went to Fiesta because a friend recommended their furniture - it is southwest and beautiful! Prices seem reasonable to me and the selection is perfect -- enough to show lots of options, but not overwhelming like some big box stores. This is a store for someone who wants their home to reflect their own unique taste. Jeannie helped me the first time I went in and she has been accessible and helpful ever since. I purchased several pieces of furniture from Fiesta in 2005. I recently lost everything in the Camp Fire in CA. I called Fiesta and got Max, asking if they possibly had records of my purchases so I can get current replacement prices for my insurance. Max checked, called me back - they didn't have records back that far, but he asked if I had a picture of the furniture I could send him. I sent a partial picture, Max found my coffee table and side table immediately. He also found a Bistro table i had purchased, assembled the current pricing and sent me an invoice for my insurance! Not only does Fiesta have beautiful furniture, they staff is top notch! I will be forever grateful for going above...

We have been coming to AZ for years on vacation. Fiesta was always a must shop when we were in town. The best news is we moved here last year and needed quite a few pieces for our new house. Patty took such good care of us, listening, showing, and sharing knowledge of all the furniture we were looking at. Even after your purchase, the aftercare is great, Patty stayed on top of everything.
