I had my wedding ring redone here after 40 years of marriage. The owner came up with an incredible design to incorporate both the small original diamond and the new one carat man moissanite diamond from Washington Jewels. I had taken my ring to several places previously and they all said that there was no way to keep the old jewel and add the new because of the design of the ring.
