This fountain is located in the roundabout in the 5th Avenue shops area. You'll see it as you drive around, or it's a stone's throw walk. You can park in the diagonal parking available street-side; they have accessible spots. You can cross the road, and they also have an accessible ramp to get up to see the statue.
