I've been a client of Jillian's for about 2 years now and I couldn't be happier. When I first came to Jillian, my hair was extremely damaged from a previous stylist, but because of Jillian's amazing talents as a stylist, she has now gotten my hair back to the best condition it has ever been. She is also a color master, especially when it comes to blondes. She created the most amazing color for me (my natural color is brunette) and I can't tell you how many compliments I've received. And when it comes to extensions, she is a miracle worker and you couldn't tell my real hair from where the extensions were. Besides being the best at what she does, her salon is beautiful and all the stylists there are so friendly. If I could give her a 10 star review, I would. As a new(ish) Scottsdale resident, I had been searching for a salon that felt welcoming, modern, and did amazing work. On a whim, I walked into this salon after getting a smoothie next door upon noticing how stinkin' cute it was inside.

When I entered the salon to see about getting a card, I was warmly greeted by Jillian, the salon owner, and she gave me the walkthrough about booking online after checking out all the hairstylists' Instagram pages.

I was able to squeeze into Hailey's schedule a few days later and couldn't be happier about the choice. Hailey was consultative, gave me a wonderful cut and color, and a game plan for my hair goals. Jillian even remembered me by name and popped up to say hi.

I have been going to Kendra for three years. I found her by chance at a different salon and have been a loyal follower ever since. Being a bleached blonde has its challenges, too brassy, too dry, breakage. I can honestly say I have never had any of these issues since I started seeing Kendra. She takes the time to figure out your hair nuances and quirks and then works her magic. I get no less than five compliments from complete strangers on my hair color every time she does it. Kendra also takes the time to listen to her clients particular needs, I only get my hair done four times a year; the growth between bleaches looks very natural without a harsh root line due to her careful technique.
