SKIP THIS TREND❗️ My husband and I have visited this place 4 times. We are from OUT OF TOWN. Our first time, my bracelet broke off within two weeks and no not at the weld but that goes to show the quality of the chains they use. I spoke to the manager, Lisa and at the time she was still personally welding chains on people’s wrists. She allowed me to go back in (once I made a trip back around to Scottsdale) with the chain and get it reattached. Not a month later, I realized my bracelet was gone. No where to be found. Time later we went for the third time, I explained I’d completely lost the bracelet that had already had to be re welded, and they allowed me to purchase a new one at half off. I was bummed as my husband and I had originally gone to get “permanent bracelets” together and I had already experienced the failure of the “permanence” to these bracelets. Fast forward more time, I decided I wanted to get one more added as I thought the “stacked” photos of multiple bracelets looked cute. When I picked what I wanted and had it put on, I commented that there was a difference in the color of the chain. The girl at the register stated that mine is “probably just dirty” and I could “wash it was dawn dish soap and it’ll clean up” I thought to myself, jeez.. ok. So I did try to clean it. No budge in the color. Ever. Pictured, you can see the obvious difference in the coloring of the new one and older one. The texture of the chain is terrible, it looks like a quarter machine chain. It is starting to show copper on the flat bar pieces of the chain. The new one looks ok, but I’m sure with time it will also become ugly as the first. Into my husbands bracelets. He still has his original one, that is just as “weathered” as the one I have that I got long after we originally first went in. But during the many trips to this place, he decided to get a new one as well. He asked for the first to be turned into a clasped bracelet as it was “gold filled” and he purchased a silver bracelet. 6 days later, not to our surprise, the bracelet was gone. We searched for it everywhere as of course it was $100+. We were unlucky to find it. We returned to Scottsdale and took the receipt in 3 months later, only to be rejected that we were out of the “warranty” policy and had to purchase a new one at full price. Rather than give us a 1/2 off rate, they were so rude to work with us. Especially being from out of state! As much as these bracelets cost, buy yourself a nice bracelet with a clasp at a jewelry store that you can care for. Jewelry is truly not designed to be worn 24/7 while we shower, wash dishes, clean, sweat, etc. it is clear that these are reacting just as they should. Though the individuals in this store will not tell you that. We easily spent over $350 here to be treated as if we were just trying to scam them for discounted rate. Bottom line is the quality of these chains are not worth $60+ and the customer service is pitiful. Take your money and buy quality....
Read moreThis review is a couple months overdue, but wow is this place a joke, mainly the management. My fiancé had her bachelorette party and brought in 9 girls for permanent bracelets, then after her friends left, myself, her brother, and his wife came in we also bought permanent bracelets here, along with my fiancé getting another one. When I got mine put on, the girl was struggling a bit and had to ask the girl next to her for some help, I thought nothing of it. I go swimming the next morning and the bracelet falls off after having it on for only about 16 hours, meanwhile a bracelet I got put on somewhere else back in May was still on with no issues. I go to the store to tell them what happens, the manager gives me major attitude and tells me since I don't have the bracelet they cannot decide if it was a welding issue or my fault. The bracelet that fell of and the one I have had since may were on the same wrist. I did get another one because I liked it so much, but even though I already paid $139, I was forced to pay another $54, even though it lasted a whole 16 hours. Let's not forget about the other 12-13 bracelets that were purchased by our loved ones, spending well over $1,000 here. The $54 wouldn't even be the end of the world, but the absolutely "I do not give a damn about you, rules are rules" attitude I received from the manager was unreal. You can get permanent bracelets from tons of places, GO...
Read moreI got a permanent bracelet done just over a month ago. They have a great selection of chains and everyone there was extremely nice. I chose a very fine gold chain. After they attached the bracelet I noticed a black spot on the chain and a kink. I asked the person who did it and she said that it will come off and used a little brush pen to try and get it out for me. She assured me that it wouldn’t stay. Well the black spot stayed and after having it on for 3 weeks it broke right in that exact spot while I was driving, so there was no tugging or anything when it happened. I went back in this past weekend to have the bracelet reattached. They attached it again and I once again asked about the black discoloration which is now even larger than it was before after reattaching. They said to try scrubbing with a sponge and when I said I already tried that they didn’t have any solutions for me. I was also disappointed to learn that if the bracelet falls off again I will have to pay to have it put back on even though the first fall happened within the first 30 days. I love permanent jewelry, but I can’t recommend coming here due to my experience.
Update - changing to 1 star because 3 days after writing this review my bracelet...
