Since the new manager took over he is horrible rich was such a nice guy this guy is still charging me for a fridge he had delivered and the ice maker donât work the light donât work he is sooooo rude itâs unreal and he moved my payment for the same piece of crap that doesnât work I donât understand why u change managers if former manager did something wrong help him to do it right donât put some obnoxious, rude, ignorant person in there who really doesnât care about anybody doesnât care about his customers doesnât care and definitely very disrespectful so yeah, I have every intentions on hopefully sending all my stuff back and getting from another rental agency because this guy I donât wanna do business with him.    Read moreI have moved a lot over the last ten years. Often leasing many different items from the store. In some cases I returned an item if it did not fit where I was moving etc. Recently I returned a sofa I paid on for an entire year because of the quality. They bought me another sofa I ordered and the Arm collapsed. So I asked for a replacement. Wound up with a new unit of the couch I returned that was paid on for a year. No credit or anything just start paying again. That couch did the same thing the previous unit did. The cushions sank and made it difficult for me to sit and stand up from. Well I returned that. I had a couch we bought from big lots and recently decided I wanted to add a chair and sofa to our living room and put that couch in my Den. After calling several times for a delivery estimate today I found out my order was canceled because I have returned their defective living room furniture too many times. I was told itâs not profitable for them to lease me any further living room sets. These people are just ridiculous. The company is a leasing , rental and rent to own set up. Why would you refuse a customer that pays on time and has paid out several leases early merchandise. Itâs not my fault your living room furniture is made poorly. I got a washer and dryer 3 months ago, the delivery team broke the cap on my floor and the door frame bringing the washer and dryer in then scratched the set. 3 week after receiving the set the washer would no longer spin out larger loads, I called and let them know what was happening, they stated they would send someone over to fix the washer. I scheduled a time and date for them to come, they never showed until the next date and came without notice so I was not home to let them in. It is now 2 months later and the washer is not fixed. Just Wednesday the dryer decided to stop working, They scheduled someone to come Friday between 11am and 7pm. I took off a half day at work to wait for someone to come and of course no one show or called to say they werenât coming. I called at 6:30pm to see what was going on and was told the delivery team was gone for the weekend. The man I was speaking with told me he would have one delivered Saturday because I had no way to do laundry for the weekend. Saturday came and no one showed. They want their payment every month (which they receive) but they donât want to make sure that your items are in...
