They use to stay open till 9pm which is great for us mothers who have to work and run kids around next thing we know it's 7pm and we need to get a few things. By the time I drop off kids and get to aldis at 8 it's closed. I use to always go from 8-9. With grocery prices out of control Aldis has THE BEST prices hands down. I realize i just need to rearrange my schedule to get there earlier but as I'm leaving at 8 at least half a dozen customers are seen walking away upset wondering why the change in closing time? By that time very few customers come in normally only 2 people are closing so it shouldn't cost them that much to stay open 1 more hour. I'll be emailing corporate. Also like I said aldis has low prices so when I'm low on snacks for my kids I go there. My youngest loves Swiss rolls. They were out of stock for no joke over a year til I finally asked for a manager and pointed this out to her. She said I know they're my favorite too. Next time I went they were in Stock yay but there's been so many times where they're out of stock on something I get weekly. Don't suggest buying sandwich bread there the edges are hard but hot dog & hamburger buns are fine. Despite rumors I've heard the meat is good and cheapest here. I give them a 3 bc of their cheap prices, friendly staff and the cool isle of home decor, toys and random stuff...
Read moreThis is the 3rd time in the past 2 months, that the produce dept. has reversed the bananas and plantains in their respective display locations. Both are sold green and difficult to tell apart! Even when the cashier rings them up (they thought I was buying bananas, as well), they show up as bananas on my receipt! But several days later, when they fully ripen, I find out they were mismarked plantains, again! I have NO use for plantains, and have to throw them away, again! I am on a fixed SS pension, and every penny counts! Very disappointed! Can a manager fix the...
Read moreI went to this location yesterday and the majority of the beef packages were bubbled (for those of you that don’t know that happens from bacteria) so I decided to get chicken instead. I get home to separate and freeze the chicken just to find mold on it that I couldn’t see from the outside. I had already had a busy day and didn’t feel like getting out again to bring it back and get my money back. After seeing the beef in the store that was bad and the mild on the chicken after I opened it at home I was hesitant to eat any of the other items I...
