My name is Giovanni and I am in business for myself and I keep customer service to my clients at a very high standard. I’m really not the type to leave bad reviews but I got to give bad credit where it’s due. So 3 weeks ago I purchased wipers $84 and today when it was raining they are just rubbing all over my windshield so I went over to this auto zone to tell them about my wipers clearly told me there is nothing they can do without my receipt and I said but I bought them with my card the guy in back of the cash register said there is nothing we can do he even spoke with the manager that’s what they said to tell me. The moral of the fact is bad customer service, I go above and beyond for my clients and it’s just not here at this auto zone. This guy was rude in the process also I’ll just go to oriellys from now and on. When I left I did speak to the manager by phone he told me to bring my bank statements and the card I used and the cash register I used to purchase my wipers to me the people just don’t...
Read moreWent to Autozone with what I suspected may be a dead battery as my Toyota Highlander refused to start or even turn on with dashboard lights. I noticed that Autozone offers free testing and charging of batteries, the testing I knew already, but the charging was something I previously had not known about. Phillip helped me by testing the battery, which passed, and stated they could put it on a trickle charge to get it charged back up overnight (I went around 4pm and we have a spare vehicle so no problem). The next day, I went to pick up my battery and they tested it again, 12.55 volts, with 89% charge, so an otherwise fairly healthy battery. I put it back into my Toyota Highlander Hybrid and voila, started right up, key fobs work again too. It's a great feeling to know there are professionals right around the corner who have no problem helping however they can and I'm so thankful they helped me bring my Toyota Highlander back to life again. Great people and great...
Read moreI have to give AutoZone 5 stars for their employees, one in particular. I walked up to the counter after Latoya Booker greeted me in a friendly professional manner. The first thing I said after I responded with hello was do you know how to use a portable diagnostic scanner?. She responded with a smile that she did. I guess she didn't pick up on it but I did immediately. Why was I to assume she might not know because she is a woman. I apologized to her and assured her I was not a misogynist. Of course I was being stereotypical. I blamed it on my age and generation I come from. Lol one of the benefits of being a senior citizen. She then proceeded to help me and even had to show me how to plug it in because I never used one before. She diagnosed the problem and it was not what I was anticipating and saved me some money by selling me the part I actually needed. Latoya Booker made my experience at AutoZone a great one....
