AT&T Store — Local services in Seabrook

I recently visited this AT&T location to trade in my phone, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I was told the store could not complete the trade-in and that only a corporate store could assist me. When I asked for the nearest corporate location, the staff provided incorrect information and insisted that only one specific store handled trade-ins.

After doing my own research, I located another nearby corporate store and called to confirm they do accept trade-ins. When I shared this information with the employee, she was dismissive, insisted the other store did not offer trade-ins, and spoke to me in a very unprofessional and condescending manner. She claimed to have previously worked at that location and continued to insist I was mistaken, even after I confirmed the details directly with the corporate store.

Not only was I given misinformation, but I was also spoken to in a way that made me feel disrespected. Customers deserve accurate information and basic courtesy, and neither was provided here. It was clear the employee had no interest in helping and instead attempted to undermine me when I simply wanted clarification.

I do not appreciate being misled or treated disrespectfully when I was only trying to complete a straightforward transaction. This experience reflects poorly on this location, and I hope management addresses the customer service and training issues to prevent this from...

I’ve been into the store three times now and every single time the service has been outstanding. The first time I went in, there was another customer and they were having a hard time getting done what she needed with her husband on speakerphone and working with the agent there, who I later learned was named Qui. Qui was super professional and was able to handle me opening an account and adding a line while simultaneously supporting this other troubled customer.

The most recent time I went in there, Amy and we helped me set up two new phones on prepaid plans, terminate another recurring plan and line and get the best deal for my kids!

You want to get ripped off this is the place to go. Not only did they they try to up sell me to another plan even though I just removed some from that plan and wanted to add some one else to it by claiming it was a one person plan but they wouldn’t sell me the phone outright. No att store I have ever been to has tried to push me to a payment plan for my phone when I have the money to pay the full purchase price of the phone right there. This place is ripping people off!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. I left there store and went to the Apple store and bought my phone out right. With no problem and had it activated.
