I purchased brand new upgrades back in August 2023 from this location; Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra & S23+.
Everything seemed great. Although, you know what we've been told growing up; things aren't always as they seem.
I recently had a warranty issue with my phone, tried to take it to another location to have it taken care of, only to be informed that we DO NOT have insurance on either one of our $2,000 worth of devices. I thought, "hmmmm, that's odd. I specifically remember my wife and I being asked if we would like insurance on our devices, definitely replying with a 'yes'."
It turns out that not only did our salesman fail to add insurance to our devices, fail to inform us of a time restraint in adding insurance to our devices (30 days in case you're wondering), but also failed to provide us with a PROPER receipt that would notated account changes. Yeah, we receive receipts alright. But they were simple confirmation of card charge receipts. So I have no hard proof that they failed.
To top it all, upon transfer after transfer within Xfinity's multiple departments, they REFUSED to own up to and accept their employees mistakes. I wasn't asking for anything free. All I wanted was insurance added to my account which, you guessed it, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR!! I have many choice words I'd like to say about this company, but for the sake of professionalism, I would urge you to heed my warning and go elsewhere if there are ANY other options. Poor customer service all around. They don't even deserve the minimum one...
Read moreA few weeks ago I switched over cell phone service from Cricket to Xfinity. I received my new phone, but am not very techy. I went to the location on 45 south, I believe in Dickinson. There were 5 reps standing at the door. The one that approached me asked what I needed. I explained that I was not techy and needed help getting my new phone set up. He proceeded to tell me everything he was not going to do for me. I left disgusted, ready to go back to Cricket... but then I went to the kemah/Seabrook location on hwy 146, where Jonathan Vega approached me at the door with a smiling face. When I told him the exact same thing I did at the other location, he took my phone and said he would Gladly help me. After spending some time helping this old man , getting me started, setting up my phone, he asked, with a Smile, if there was anything else he could do for me. I say it time and time again that 1 employee, like Jonathan Vega, can make All the difference in the world. I have told my Family and friends about Jonathan and the great service he provides his customers and from what I can see, his colleagues are right in line with him. I hope Jonathan and his crew get recognition for the FANTASTIC service!!! Way to go and keep my business...

Xfinity Comcast has been the absolute worst experience of my life getting in touch with anybody over there phone system. I’ve had their service since March at this address and have been a customer for years I have spent no less, then 20 hours on the phone and that time. Trying to get all of my issues taken care of I cannot give a minus star rating or I would. They threw a cable over my roof. They located my router in the far corner of my house. Wi-Fi signal calls me to go on my cell phone data, the technician that replaced the router put the garbage in that they took out that did not work. I had to jump through the circle of hell. Get them back out here They put a router in they’re ridiculous. It still doesn’t work. they’ll call you back and hang up on you and then when you finally get a hold of them, they’ll just tell you what we called you back if you have any other options I definitely recommend you go with another company. If you’re not doing business with them, you will regret signing...
