Mister Car Wash — Local services in Seabrook

This company is not to be trusted. The website states interior car service with the unlimited $69.99 plan. What the website fails to state is that the majority of their sites are express and only offer car wash. Vacuuming must be done by the person. It is a waste of money. When I asked where the closest full service location was located, the employee had no idea. In fact, you cannot tell from the website which locations are express or full service. There are no full service locations anywhere within 1 hour as I've gone to each of them. The company will not negotiate to a lower level plan and when attempting to cancel, an error message was given...and the plan remained active. Had to wait over 20 minutes for a CSR to answer and attempt to resolve the situation. Then, the CSR informed me there was no confirmation number to give me to identify the cancellation and refund to my credit card. Beware of this service. Go elsewhere, especially as the car wash isn't very good and the vacuums don't...

First time trying the mister car wash and asking the employee for recommendations. Employee told me get the $22 premium wash. I processed to have the car wash went through the wash and my vehicle was scatched and still really dirty white marks everywhere. I guess it's wax?? I told the employee filed calm and was told the general Manger was going to call me then to find out they won't cover the damages that their machine caused and the general manager got another employee under him to call..this place calm to take care there customer not to mention there was two more customers filed a report/calm the same day. Manger calmed, they take their personal vehicle though in the morning before opening I took my vehicle though after 5ish that's multiple car and suv and truck gone though by then this place decided not take responsibility for this is really mess up and unprofessional will not go...

UPDATE my car was finally repaired but it took almost 2 months. Had to hand wash my car for the time being as there were electronic parts exposed.

1st time going and it ripped the antenna cover (the fin) right off the roof of my car. Noticed shortly after and I came back to speak to a manager. He took a report and a day later I received an email stating they were working in the situation and would get back to me quickly. I have called and texted and have not heard anything. It has to be professionally replaced becasue it ripped the entire piece right off and damaged. The carewash also pulled the silver siding off of the driver's side door. And for $22 my car was still dirty. I work in marketing, sales, and social media . And this being a new location I would think their customer service and wash would...
