Kohl's — Local services in Seabrook

I was at the kohls in seabrook NH today Sunday March 5th. I presented some kohls cash linked to my wife's account who was not with me at the time. I did not realize that it had expired so the cashier called over a manager. As the manager was walking over the cashier told her that I had kohls cash that had expired 2 days earlier. The manager says ugh another one, and proceeded to walk away to get something (I wasn't sure what). As she returned with a valid KC slip she seen it was my wife's account on the screen and rudely asked who the heck is (wife's name) and I told her that she was my wife. The manager then rudely asked if my wife was present at the store and I said no but I have done this numerous times in the past and never had an issue, but if it was going to be a problem then don't worry about it. I was treated poorly by several of the staff here tonight. I was in the hospital with my Girlfriend all day and came to this location 45 min before close. I just wanted to try on a few items. The staff intimidatingly hovered around me the entire time, which I just ignored. At the checkout counter 8:58 P.M. All of the staff stood with arms folded and were glaring at me. They were mocking me because I didn’t remove my credit card from the machine fast enough. Then they laughed at me as I walked out the door. I will never be coming back to this location after the way I was treated tonight. I bought an item online for pickup on my way to my sister's house. I picked up the item and opened it when I got to my sister's. Apparently I was given one that was previously opened and possibly even returned by someone else. Now I wish I had the time to have just gine inside and chosen the one I want myself. I would not have chosen one that had been opened and taken apart then slapped back into the box. So much for service. Now I will have to find some time later this week to go all the way back to this store to exchange it for an unopened one. Definitely not convenient.
