Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sealy

My sister took me out for lunch, we came from Rosenberg. We have several, Pizza Hut's, in Rosenberg, but none were you can go sit down and have a good lunch date and we both love Pizza Hut and sis also knows I love salads and Sealys Pizza Hut's, has a good salad bar. So we thought we can get all of this in Sealy. Didn't eat the pizza on the buffet table, could of been great though. My sister and myself don't like any kind of sauce on our pizzas. There were plenty of different pizzas up on the buffet table, but none with out sauce. So my sister ask the waitress if they made special orders? So the lady went to ask, the back said no, but they were nice enough to say that they would go ahead and make one special pizza. When the pizza was done the waitress sat it on the lunch bar. My sister and I are disable that runs through our family bloodline, even though we look ok on the outside. Though I use a cane and walk slower then my sister, my sis barely made it from were we sat, back up to the lunch bar to get any of the pizza for her and myself. People seen the fresh pizza been sat out, though I am sure they didn't know it was a special order pizza. My sister barely got up there. Even the waitress comment to my sister that she was wondering if my sister was going to get any. I feel like if a person special order a pizza, that it should be brought to the table that order it. Rather that table is handicap-cap or not. I would of been willing to pay for that special order, but could I then been abIe to go to salad bar? Not sure if I would go back to the establishment. Sounds like it was a one time of taking a special request and I would like eat a salad and a non sauce pizza too. Thank you, Sealys Pizza Hut's for taking and making that special order for sis and me. Wondering though, those ones that had some non sauce pizza, realized that you can taste more of pizza topping along with the crust, then a strong taste of any kind of pizza...

I read the reviews and boy I should've taken them seriously! I wanted to be fair and give them a chance so I could make my own decision based on my experience. I called in to order and the girl who answered the phone was rattling off their specials. I couldn't understand a word she was saying because she was talking so FAST and not enunciating her words properly. I told her to repeat my choices but slow down so I can understand her. She got attitude and repeated it in a snarky voice. I made my choice and placed my order. SHE ASKED ME MY NAME and I told her. She said it'd be ready in 20 min. We drove 15 miles to pick it up. We got there and lo and behold, THEY HAD NO SUCH ORDER! I read a review that this happened to another customer but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The I guess manager, asked me if I called Sealy Pizza Hut. I got my phone out and showed her the number. She said yes that's their number. Then she asked me if I wanted to go ahead and order it now. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? If I wanted to WAIT for it to be made I wouldn't have called in my order! NO APOLOGIES NO NOTHING! JUST ATTITUDE FROM ALL 3 GIRLS BEHIND THE COUNTER! No one woukd admit they took my call! PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE MUCH? SMH! NEVER AGAIN! THIS PLACE HAS GONE...

Usually this Pizza is pretty great. They are damn good about cooking it all the way, but not to much. Something other Pizza-Huts aren't as good as doing with stuffed crust. They also particularly do a good job buttering the crust.

When I eat inside the staff is very friendly, just don't expect to see them that often. I'm guessing they are just very busy with little staff. They don't quite refill drinks quite as often enough for me to obliged to leave a large tip. So I usually only leave a regular one. Pretty often I just have to walk up and ask for my drink refill or more napkins.

The online app is broken. So beware, DO NOT ORDER from 10am-11am even if the app says you can and they are open. You will end up with cold stale pizza and waiting till 11am. This annoyance is the reason for my lower review. If they correct the app in future I'll come back and edit my review and increase it to a 4...
