In general I've been very happy with our Internet Service from T-Mobil and the people that work in the Sealy store are fantastic....BUT....in the evenings the speed reduces significantly resulting in long buffering periods. I mentioned that during my last visit to the Sealy T-Mobil store and the comment was that yes they knew and it was because everyone was home in the evenings and on the internet. That was my assumption as well but this, in my mind, raises a red flag that T-Mobil is at subscription capacity at least on the Ward Bend tower which is where my antenna is pointed. I would also assume that T-Mobil is still selling internet service so it seems likely that this won't improve in the future. My goal by putting this in writing is that they can now take this up the T-Mobil chain of command. Hopefully there are already plans for increasing bandwidth. Soon.
One more comment or request. There are areas just outside of Sealy that just do not get a decent signal from anyone's tower. Areas within Brazos Country are one of those places. Placing your gateway in a window just doesn't cut it. Please either provide a company sanctioned gateway/router option with connections for an external antenna or allow customers to provide their own...
