Terrbile service! I brought my LCD TV to these guys for repair and got it back about 8-10 days later...reasonable. However, about three weeks later, the TV went down again with the exact same problem. I returned to the store with the TV and the owner said he'd call me back the next day and let me know if they were able to acquire a replacement part. He never called back, so I called back a couple days later and pretty much got the run-around for the rest of the week, which told me that no one at this store had any sense of urgency to rectify the substandard service that they had originally provided. When I went back to the store the following week to cut my losses, pick up my television, and ask for a refund, the owner had the audacity to tell me that I needed to stop calling the store and "give him time to work." (This is over a week after he originally said that he'd have an answer for me.) I digress, but I left my television with these guys for over two weeks, only to have them say that their supplier had no replacement parts and that they'd have to refund my money, which could have easily been discovered in one day, had anyone cared to do any work. What's more, they would only refund my money when they had received money from the supplier of the part and they did not refund any labor cost, which their invoice said that they would. In response to a couple of the positive reviews below, I don't know if this place changed ownership in 2007 or not, I shudder at the thought of the previous owners being worse than the current ones. These guys aren't very good at their trade, don't know how to run a business, and don't treat customers with any fairness whatsoever. My tv had a failure even on a surge protector when a big storm hit CA , i drove down and dropped it off . they had trouble locating my part, when it was located it took a few days but the tv is fully functional, and if fact looks better then before in picture quality. they were very friendly and easy to work with, from what ive seen of these other reviews , people seem a bit spoiled from things like amazon , parts and labor take time to repair. my part has a 90 day warranty and the staff was even helpful in loading it into my car for me. it did take extra time, from the initial time they thought, but as the part was hard to locate i wont hold that against them. i do greatly appreciate the work they did and having my tv up to 100%. i do recommend them as a local tv repair, and if i had to suggest anything, just call them to see how the repair status is if your unsure, they are again very friendly and easy...

I've contacted at the last minute about my Pioneer dvl 700 LaserDisc player it needed to be regrease and my tray was stuck. They said to bring it in and they'll take a look at it. Although they were going to close for the day the guy at the counter was very nice and gave me a quote to fix the LaserDisc player I understood the cost and the first come first serve situation I like the honesty. When I was given the issue of my LaserDisc player they told me what was needed to be done and how long would it take to complete I've needed a new plastic gear. I needed the track to be realigned because it was out of line for the laser to read the disc and they fix everything that needed to be fixed and they've also fixed the power button that was missing and I'm more than pleased that they did. They're very professional and very knowledgeable at what they're doing they deserve a five-star rating....
