I had a wonderful experience with Kiran having my make-up done. This was a test run for an upcoming Indian wedding. I had never worn Indian style make-up before, and was not sure if it would suit me. Kiran did a beautiful job of applying the make-up making me look glamorous without being overdone. Her recognition of what it would take to make me look the way I wanted truly exhibited her skills as a make-up artist, especially since I didn't know quite what I was asking for! She did an amazing job of blending and highlighting all the while making me feel comfortable and relaxed in a very unfamiliar process. Kiran was hired for a mendhi event for my family, initially all the mendhi looks great. (Her designs are a bit bland and too thick for my taste) but it’s decent for an event. The mendhi has dye in it, so it looks great day 1 & day 2. But this is day 3 stain, most of us know that Indian weddings are at least a week long so day 3 stain like this is unacceptable. I paid $60 for both of these people, is it worth it? I think not. Mendhi is not authentic mendhi and easily fades. I’m sure she’s great at her other services but would not hire for henna. Had my eyebrows threaded here. First time having anything done to my eyebrows and I'll be coming back here every single time I need them done. Super friendly environment.
