On July 23, 2019, my brother, Bill, and I went shopping for a new toilet to replace the current toilet. We knew that Toto was a top brand, so we talked to our plumber, Andrew Sheppard, who suggested that we go to Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting in Seaside.
As we entered the nicely supplied showroom, we were greeted by the receptionist near the entrance. After only a few minute wait, she directed us to Christopher Cappetti, a customer service representative.
Ferguson was "god-sent" for us!!! Christopher greeted us, sat us down at his desk, and gave us the upmost attention in answering or finding answers to all of our questions about a top-notched toilet. He gave us his total attention and was very warm, cordial, and knowledgeable!!!
We decided on the Toto Drake II elongated toilet which Christopher was able to get shipped to Ferguson's warehouse within a couple of days to meet our tight deadline for the plumber to install. In addition, Ferguson gave us a competitive pricing on the new toilet. Chris followed up with the our highly recommended plumber, ANDREW SHEPPPARD, by notifying Andrew of the expected date of delivery as well as following up with us on the expected delivery date.
Today, on July 25th, the Toto Drake II toilet arrived promptly within 2 days so that we were able to get our plumber to install it this afternoon. There were no complications or flaws in the toilet and we were totally pleased and "Extremely Satisfied" with the entire transaction with Ferguson from the time we entered the showroom, to having Christopher Cappetti as our sales rep, and finally having Andrew Sheppard's plumbing install the new Toto Drake II toilet today!!!
My brother and I set very high expectations whenever we purchase any item for our place and we are meticulous in keeping it spotless.
Both Ferguson and Andrew Sheppard's Plumbing NOT ONLY MET BUT EXCEEDED our expectations in the sale and installation of our new Toto Drake II toilet!!!

When I approached the desk again I was told a salesperson just became available. She went back to get her. The reception person came back to tell me the salesperson said if I don’t have an appt she isn’t going to help me. Duh!!! I leave, I’m not happy The next day I call for an appointment. I’m told “we don’t make same day appointments but they’re happy to help a walk in.” Really!?! So I go back, hoping it was a one of experience… Nope, they can’t be bothered. This time she goes to ask the manager or department person if they could answer my question…. Nope can’t be bothered.. They said it would be about three months to receive our order. About six weeks in, we got an email saying we couldn’t get the refrigerator we wanted. They sent a suggestion for a replacement, but the replacement wasn’t even the same size. When I responded that it wasn’t the same size, I got no response at all. So, about three weeks later, I called to cancel my order. They said it would be ten days to process my refund to my credit card??? Needless to say, I did not get my refund in ten days.
