Seagrove Apartments — Local services in Seaside

Seagrove Apartments is an excellent choice, located in Monterery County. The location is very convenient to downtown Seaside off of Broadway Avenue. My experience with the leasing office was the most pleasant I have ever enjoyed. I met with Samantha in the leasing office and she took me on a tour. She had some great recommendations about renting with Seagrove, which were all very true as I found out. She was very knowledgeable of the floor plans, and descibed the many amenties. Her professionalism and the warm greeting I received was a factor in choosing Seagrove. Throughout the leasing process Samantha and her supervisor Savannah were very responsive to any questions I had. The whole process took less than a week to get the lease signed and establish a move in date. During the initial tour Samantha let me know that Seagrove was offering a special of 6 weeks rent free and that was also a contributing factor towards my decision to rent. Once all of the leasing paperwork was completed I met Samantha on the morning of the move in and we signed some final paperwork, and then she presented me with a very nice gift basket and walked me to my apartment. When we first walked into the Seagrove apartments office Savannah and Nena were very welcoming. Savannah gave a lot of her time to answer questions and share her knowledge of the apartment building and the thought that went into planning to accommodate residents. We were impressed with how Savannah, Nena, and Rene worked with us, took time to answer questions, and to show us what Seagrove had to offer. They show the value in what is offered that you don't see in other apartments. As locals who grew up here we really liked that they also support local small businesses and that they seemed to be working towards building community and improving the look of Seaside. We have looked at several apartments, within a similar price range, but for what Seagrove offers you can't find anything that is going to offer what they do. It's a fact our area is very high priced, but if you compare apartments Seagrove has a lot more to offer. They thought about the layout, amenities, and all the details to make things comfortable and efficient, but also beautiful. Savannah was an absolute gem throughout the entire process! The apartments are gorgeous. I'm a bit surprised by the other reviews mentioning the complex needing to be cheap and that it’s too big. Personally, I'm excited about the potential for increased job opportunities in the area, with new businesses drawn to the commercial space in the Sea Grove buildings. It's fantastic to see Seaside being revitalized with more shops, restaurants, and pedestrian-friendly spaces for everyone to enjoy. Every new building only 10% of the units are affordable.
