I purchased the Bugsaway Halo Check L/S shirt at the Exofficio airport store in Seattle. I flew home (hundreds of miles away) only to discover that the shirt was sewn wrong and the shirt was unwearable. I called the store and was told I could drive back to Seattle to return the shirt. There was no offer to send me a replacement shirt with a return label. Very poor customer service. Do not purchase from them.

Update: 4-18-2019 Still have not heard anything back after emailing...

John and Frank went above and beyond in taking care of me. I found myself in the unfortunate position of having my package stolen by porch pirates. John and Frank found a fair solution and we all worked together on the claims process. Two thumbs up for fantastic customer service. It's a big part of what keeps bringing me back to this brand!...
