Nice apartment units from the inside but building is very old (maintenance can be a problem). Management needs lots of improvement. Lack of security, my packages get stolen all the time and there's no security cameras in the building. Windows aren't completely sealed, so the cold gets in pretty easily. The office is understaffed and they take some time to get...

I’ve had a great experience living in this building. The views of the Olympic Mountains at sunset are incredible from the top level. It is close to the fun of Capitol Hill while also being located in a quiet, calm neighborhood.
