Delivery Driver delivered an empty poorly padded envelope and then marked it as delivered. Package was padded paper envelope and was supposed to have harddrive in it. Instead I recieved an empty envelope with a big tear in the back of it. I phoned Amazon three times and got no real help. See my other Amazon review as pictures oddly did not upload here.

Amazon Customer Service is utterly incompetent and are farmed out third party call centres overseas. They are also unable to remedy anything.

Update and New Order. I ordered two guitar effects pedals. Both were shipped in unpadded paper bags with the Amazon logo. Luckily the first pedal was undamaged but the second pedal was damaged and the bag was torn open. Luckily the effects pedal did not fall out

Hire better drivers and/or driving companies. Also stop using paper bag envelopes for easily damaged or breakable items. Sadly Amazon has not learned and packaging gets...

This is one if the many buildings that make up the Amazon campus. Badge required to enter but there is a decent cafe if your in need of some food...
