Honestly if I could do negative stars I would.

Not going to lie the food was decent. Nothing to rant and rave over but even if the food was to die for I would never go back due to such atrocious service on my first visit.

We had a large party which we made reservations for. We did not know our managers would join us so we asked for an extra table and they made it out to be a big deal. If they were busy I understand but it was super slow and they were making more money off us than anyone else there.

They were not organized when they brought out food. Multiple servers brought out food/drinks and they just placed our food and our drinks on other empty tables not even trying to ask where or who they were for.

They were quick to rush us out, (still not busy) didn't ask an sky of us if we wanted dessert. Those who asked early got their own check. Everyone else had to put their "cards in order" because they refused to split the check.

And of course everyone's stuff got mixed up. And I told the waitress I never got my drink and was told I wouldn't pay for it but was charged anyways.

Was told that we can't reopen closed tabs because they'd have to reopen the whole thing.

The manager was horrible didn't even try to apologize or anything as if we were wasting his time. He actually froze one of my friends cards by trying to run it so many times to try and fix their mistake. So she gave him another card which he also froze.

Still waiting for a refund that I'm suppose to be getting but I feel like I won't even see that I will have to dispute with...

I honestly wish tonight was the first time I had ever eaten here. That way I wouldn't have anything to compare tonight's experience. When we were here about 4 years ago, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was incredible and the service was...great. Tonight we were the ONLY people inside the restaurant. We could see 3 to 4 servers most times, so I found it hard to believe we had to flag down servers for every single thing we needed. No one brought more water, forgot my husband's drink, didn't offer my husband anything else to drink when he finished his drink from the bar. They plated our Lettuce wraps under the heat lamps waiting to plate our super tiny side salads. Eating hot Lettuce is something I don't want to eat again. Makes for a horrible bun. My son ordered an entree Caesar salad and paid extra for chicken. It was served on a saucer sized plate with oranges for garnish. WTH? We ordered Bleu cheese dressing with our side salads and they gave 2 of us gorgonzola spread and brought my husband Italian who also ordered Bleu cheese. We just wanted out of the restaurant. The server was super new and to his belief he was trying. He also mentioned it was hard to keep up with DoorDash type orders and customers eating at the restaurant. Again, we were the ONLY people inside the restaurant. Unfortunately we won't be back to see how the story goes for this place. If they were half the restaurant they were 4 years ago, they would...
