Beauty Nails Spa — Local services in Seattle

Finding a good nail technician is hard and as much as I’d love to gate-keep, Patty was so amazing I can’t keep it secret. Best nails since I’ve been in Seattle. She takes her time, listens and when I asked questions she helped educate me :) I like my nails on the thinner side and close to cuticle. I do want to note that THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR CHEAP /LOW QUALITY NAILS. You get why you pay for in terms of quality, the salon is unpretentious and you’re paying for the quality/style of nails, not the atmosphere. I haven’t been happier with my nails and Patty was so patient as I constantly was indecisive, despite not taking her advice initially, she was still patient when I changed my mind and went from dip to acrylics. I’m always nervous and weary with a new technician and acrylics but once she started I could see how much better her work was compared to others. My nails are even, polish and acrylic close to the cuticle (hate when I get my nails done and it looks like I have growth already when leaving the salon) Nail bubbles? Don’t know her. Also nails pictures have an amazing glow in the dark top coat ;) Highly recommend! Doors are locked but walk-ins welcomed though I’d make an appt. Parking in safeway...

Went here because I saw the great reviews and decided to check it out since it's close by. Honestly terrible experience. Asked for a gel manicure and a pedicure, pedicure turned out great and I liked the lady who did it (wish I caught her name). Gel manicure was terrible. The lady was insulting me the entire time and saying that my hands/nails were too small to do or that they were too short and no one could do them. Which is simply not true since I've been getting my nails done my whole life. They're a pretty normal nail length. She then got an attitude when I said I didn't want acrylics because I'm trying to take care of my natural nails better. She did a terrible job painting them and they honestly look a mess. I've done a better job doing my own nails. When we were done I paid but definitely didn't tip which I know she was not happy about. All in all...

This spot looks hidden and unpretentious so I was shocked when I walked in and met Patty and got these thin flawless acrylics. She just whipped them out and didn’t even have to drill them down after at all!

You can see I photographed them from many angles because I was so surprised how thin and perfect they are.

Patty was very friendly and kind and she took good care not to overdrill my nailbed or cuticle.

While I was there, another customer loudly complained about their very reasonable prices. Is this a swanky spa with cucumber water? No. But their skill level is incredible and I noticed they are honest with customers if they are busy, too.
