My husband and I have been working with a trainer at this Flex gym for just over a year now. Twice a week. It's been GREAT! We are in our 60s and our trainer Scott has been just perfect for what we want. The space is excellent and clean and the equipment is varied. Scott keeps us going for a full hour. Our goals are to get stronger and work on balance. I wanted especially to work on my arms and upper body so I could put my suitcase in the overhead bin of an airplane all by myself. I can do it! Read moreFlex Training Gym is great! I started training with Ron over two years ago, knowing just about nothing about lifting weights and where to start. Since then it’s really helped grow my confidence (and my muscles!). I’ve done yoga, kickboxing, etc, and nothing has shown me the changes in my body like weight training has. Ron is also such a wonderful trainer, and made coming in to work out enjoyable, while also pushing me to work hard when I didn’t have the commitment or knowledge to do it on my own.
