I don’t usually leave reviews, but at $20 for a smoothie, I felt this experience warranted some feedback. I placed my order at 11:50 AM via phone and arrived just before noon. I’ve been here several times before and understand there can be a wait. My order was supposed to be ready by 12:10, which was fine, but during that time, I watched two other customers walk in, order on the spot, and receive their smoothies before mine.
When my name was finally called, I went up to find out it wasn’t my order. It was for another Chloe. No one explained what had happened or acknowledged the mix-up. Instead, they continued making drinks for new walk-in customers without addressing mine. After standing around a while longer, eventually, one of them asked the other if they were working on my order. There was no sense of urgency at all, even after they realized my order had been skipped.
I received my smoothie 45 minutes after I ordered it, with no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay, and not even a “have a good day.” On top of all that, it was missing the peanut butter I paid an extra $1.50 for.

I got the Berry Acai smoothie... it was $16.50 after tip, and honestly one of the worst tasting smoothies I've ever had. This is after I waited 20+ minutes sitting there while they prioritized all of the online orders first. You'd think paying over $15 for a smoothie that it would taste good, right? WHY would you put pea protein in a smoothie...instead of greek yogurt or another alternative. The taste was so overpowered by the protein powder they used, it was a seriously repulsive flavor. This was really concerning because if they lack this much confidence with simple customer service, how else would this effect the rest of your business. And then i noticed that they gave me the cometely wrong order, admiral instead of brazillian. It may have been my fault once again, but when i asked about it, the woman was quite rude and just told me that was what i ordered. She didnt show any sympathy, apologize or attempt to make me feel the slightest bit better about the mistake, let alone try to fix it.
