I am usually not one to leave reviews, but this was by far the WORST nail experience I have ever had. My friend and I walked in for 2 mani/pedis and we were able to sit right down because there was only 2 other people in the salon who were just wrapping up. However, the entire appointment took 4 HOURS TOTAL. They would do parts of our service and then skip around to others when they walked in without an appointment and just made us wait around even though we had walked in first. They kept acetone on my nails for over an hour - when she finally removed the foil, the cotton was glued stuck to my nails. She shaved my nail down so far just to remove the stuck cotton. The nails themselves were the worst I have ever received. Thick, lumpy, with red ALL over the cuticles. Really disappointing because I leave town tomorrow and didn't have time to get them fixed after sitting for 4 HOURS. After she finished, the worker said she was sorry because she knew how bad they looked but still made me pay. SO frustrating and absolutely DO NOT recommend.

Maybe they are good for manicures!! However, my acrylic set did not look good when I left the salon and 2 nails broke off 2 days later. Two nails were chipping polish the same day. One week later 4 nails have broken off. Also, I was sad because I pick at my cuticles and know they look bad, I even said so when I sat down for my appt. But the lady made comments on them the whole time and made me feel bad. I probably wouldn't have left a review if it was just the set that was bad but I also felt like the comments were unnecessary and made me uncomfortable.

I have been going here for a couple years now and I couldn’t recommend them more! Lee (the owner) is the friendliest woman on the planet and always looks so happy to see me, which I really appreciate. She also remembers her customers’ names. The second time I came in I hadn’t been there in months and she still remembered me! They also just give great manicures. I always go for gel and they turn out beautiful and last for weeks. Their prices are also very reasonable!

The worst manicure experience of my life!! I left so angry that I wasted time and money for a horrible manicure that started chipping day 2!! a week later I have 4 chipped nails and 1 completely fell off. I always get dip powder manicure and at other salons that do better quality of work I can go three weeks without having to change out my nails. The first reason I was angry is because I had a 6 p.m. appointment. They put the acetone wraps on my nails and left me alone for 40 minutes while my fingers were burning for sitting that long with that solution on them. They proceeded to help many other customers who were just walking in and never got back to me so after 40 minutes I started removing the dip powder from my nails and then several Salon workers came up to me and asked me why I'm in such a big hurry and that I need to be patient. At this point, I was hoping to be in and out of there in about an hour or so but I could tell that their appointment times don't really mean anything. So then they started to help me remove the dip powder from my nails and once that was all removed they walked away and left me alone for about another 30 minutes. I seriously was contemplating getting up and leaving. Finally the first girl comes back to me and starts doing my dip powder nails but I could tell she did not care about the quality of work. She seemed very annoyed that she was still working for the day or just tired but she was doing my nails so sloppy compared to other salons that I'm used to. Furthermore, she did not even do the dip powder process correctly. It was like she didn't even know what she was doing. and when she opened the dip powder lid the powder look very clumpy which is not normally how it should look so it must be that they don't take care of their products or that they buy cheap products. I was left with very bumpy uneven looking nails that I was highly embarrassed of which was irritating because I had a wedding to attend that week. When I finally left the salon it was literally a two-hour ordeal for something that didn't even look nicely done; it was very rushed and didn't even last me enough time to get my money's worth. Which I was planning on changing them out after a week since they look so bad anyway. For me, I do not ever go back to a salon that does horrible manicures and, to top it off, doesn't even value the customers appointment time. I would not recommend this...

Since DK Nails became May nails the workers seem to have changed. The man who cannot speak any English should also not do nails. It is extremely frustrating to have to tell your concerns to the girl next to you so she can say something to him. He experimented on my nails with dip and it was disastrous trying to do a French manicure.I would not recommend them to anyone they take too many short cuts. They didn’t even clean under the nails, get the cuticle removed just shortcuts shortcuts shortcuts to get more money more money, and to put the cherry on the top they wanted to charge me five dollars extra when the flyer simply states French manicure dip 55 he kept telling me 60 and I ended up just paying the 55 and it is...
