A very small escape within the big city of Seattle, but I would hardly call it a park. I imagine that this is a great place to walk your dogs but it really doesn't make sense to bring children here, as there are cars passing near the area and there is no barrier between. There is a pleasant looking community garden located near the bottom open area space.

Great jump point for swimming, SUP’ing, kayak, etc. after picnic on grass lawn with its wooden swing, across road is lake union with a short ramp down towards water to a small metal floating dock ~10’x15’ approx.; set between beautifully remodeled houseboats with more than enough room to float about and anchor down for a truly SEATTLELITE EXPERIENCE

This is a lovely little park. Had some friends get married here over the weekend and it was delightful. These are photos of the rainy day from the day before the wedding, but this park is adorable. There’s a cute little swing and a p patch right next door. If you need a wedding spot or just a cute park off the beaten path this place is great.

I tossed in my line a few hundred times at the little dock across the street, and never got a bite. It was the middle of the first sunny day in a while, but I had fun anyway. The park is tucked away along lake union, beside a p-patch garden. The apartments modern industrial look gives the place an aire of post apocalypse reclaimation and urban...

Fairview Park is a two-level park. The lower level is a lawn on Fairview Ave (along the Lake Union Loop) with benches, the upper level is barely a park on Eastlake Ave. Two levels are connected by a long flight of steps in the steep wooded hillside. Nothing really impressive here. There is a community garden on the lower level, and the views...
