As someone who has done lash lifts multiple times, I'd not recommend this place for this service.

During my first try, the esthetician A didn't come across as professional. She never bothered to ask what kind of curl I wanted and immediately started working on my lashes, and I had to tell her myself. Neither did she take off her fashion cap when working on my lashes (Why would you do that when working on somebody's eyes and need strong lighting?), and I didn't observe her using gloves either.

The end result was poor -- my lashes only curled weakly, with one eye having uneven lashes that curled at different levels. She insisted they looked ok, but offered me the chance to redo them again for free.

During my 2nd attempt with a different esthetician Camille, Camille immediately came across as mature and professional. She also asked questions to understand the issue, and the final result was exactly what I wanted. The only caveat was that she could be gentler in her handling and she didn't curl the lashes properly for one eye, resulting in lashes that went zigzag. The other eye was done perfectly however.

Overall, given these experiences, I'll not be coming...

Taralynn is THE GIRL. She's just perfect at what she does, while also being a wonderful person to chat to. She's also very knowledgeable and passionate about learning as well as making her clients comfortable. She does very fast brazilians and I 100% reccomend the soothing treatment afterwards if you have horribly sensitive skin like I do. Taralynn reccomend I get the soothing treatment after my Brazilian and it was the best reccomendation I've ever had from an esthetician. And if this review hasn't convinced you yet, I work front desk for a different spa but still will only go...

I made an emergency appointment with Adrianna the day after I had horrendous extensions applied at another salon. There was glue all over my eyelids, and I was super embarrassed. Adrianna made me feel very at ease, and she took her time removing the bad extensions and preserving as many of my real eyelashes as possible. I know we went way over my scheduled appointment time because the damage was so bad, yet Adrianna was incredibly patient with me. If I ever choose eyelash extensions again (which at the moment I am not considering), I'm will definitely contact...
