TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BOOK HERE. False advertising, unauthorized charges on my account, and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After charging me over 10X what the property advertised, I attempted to cancel my reservation. Although I called to cancel within 10 minutes of creating the reservation, they told me I was too late to cancel and was not eligible for a refund. What is even worse than that, they continued to harass me throughout my vacation, sending me no less than 10 emails and several phone calls lasting up to 20 minutes. Less than ideal when you are trying to enjoy your time off. They now have $3,600 pending on my account in "security deposits" for a property I never set foot on and charged me over $600 for two nights in a property listed for $162/night. The best experience! The Airbnb we chose (they have a few options) was very conveniently located right behind Pike Place Market. Something that drew us to choose this apartment was the parking spot included in the price and located in the building, which is secured. However, because of the location you can get anywhere you want to by foot, which is something we loved. We also felt insanely comfortable in the space itself, and it was the perfect place to come back and crash at after a day of sightseeing. They have everything you need. It was clean and equipped with all the things that make a house inviting. I stayed at an Airbnb managed by Air Concierge in downtown Seattle and it was great! The place was as advertised and Air Concierge checked in with me throughout to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The studio apartment was also in a great location with a view of the sound, and much cheaper than a hotel room with no view. Be aware that there are some hoops to jump through because the property is part of an HOA, and a security deposit for this property is required.
