I walked into the store having done some research on Fotile and Pacific Range Hood models and with very basic idea of what I was looking for (high CFM, relatively quiet). Alex was very helpful in helping me settle on the right model, taking into account things like the positioning of my existing over-the-range microwave.

When it turned out that I had misremembered my OTR microwave venting type (it vents through the wall rather than through the roof), Ken (the suggested install technician) and Alex were incredibly gracious, letting me switch out the hood I'd just bought for another one that would work correctly in my space.

I recently purchased a Pacific range hood from this store to replace the old one in my house. The old one was not effective in removing smoke and greasy air while cooking, which triggered the smoke detector multiple times. However, I am extremely satisfied with the Pacific range hood as it has never triggered the smoke detector since its installation. Furthermore, I am very impressed with the excellent service provided by this store. Yesterday, I encountered an issue with the lights on the hood and reached out to Alex, the owner of the store. He checked the purchase record and found that the original installer had already gone on holiday. Despite this, he came to our house today and fixed the issue quickly without charging any fees.
