Read moreIt's not perfect but it's a good start for someone on the streets. They gave me a place to sleep at night in the upstairs part. (The door on Jefferson street). I also got my referral to the much nicer SODO shelter here. You must get in line 2 hours before opening and wait till 7 if you want laundry done or a shower. Otherwise anytime between 7 and 5 is fine. The shower and laundry are great. You must wear a stupid idiotic face mask for some asinine reason. They make coffee at 8 am and sometimes will serve homemade or donated hot food around 11. You get a nice quiet place to charge your phone and socialize or read if you like. You must follow their rules and not be unruly or you will be bounced out. They can help get you on the right track but...
