My 18-year-old daughter purchased two eyelash packages from Groupon. She wanted to try something new and wanted me, her mother, to go along with her. I don't wear lash but was willing to do it for her. The stylist cancelled twice in a month indicating due COVID/sickness. Both times, the stylist cancelled and informed us late the day before, making it completely impossible to schedule new plans. Strange thing, the second time she only informed me of the cancellation, but when I texted, her indicating my daughter and I were coming together, it was then my daughter received the cancellation. TERRIBLE! EVIL! Inconsiderate and inconvenient. Image the disappointment in my daughter's face. There's no way I wanted her to endure that again. BEWARE if you purchase a package via Groupon. Groupon indicates they will not refund your money using the original payment method which means you have to get Groupon Bucks and are forced to purchase something else. This punishes the customers. That's wrong!!!! It's also unfortunately, one cannot leave a negative review on Groupon for this company to inform potential customers that this may happen to them as well. I contacted Groupon to inform the of situation. We'll see what happens. If nothing, filing a complaint with the BBB is...

Lenima is the nicest and sweetest person. I felt right at home as she welcomed me into her cute studio. It was my first time getting my lashes done: and I didn’t know all the details on maintenance, etc. I wasn’t aware that having mild skin issues on the eyelids may pose a concern for getting extensions. Lenima was very kind and understanding of my concern and was very honest and forthright about getting extensions given my situation. Guided by her advice, I ended up not getting them done this time, but went away feeling I was in good hands with someone who genuinely cares about her customers. Should I have proceeded with the extensions I’m sure she would have done a fabulous job, as she’s been in the business for some time and has all the certifications and trainings to prove she is an expert in her trade. Love Lenima!! Been to a couple lash businesses before finding her and she’s by far the best. My eyes and skin are very sensitive and her glue never irritates them. She also has a background in skin care so she knows how to work with my sensitive skin.
