I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Connor, 100/10, cannot recommend enough. I have never left any kind of beauty store feeling so majestic and with products that not only match my tones, but with the know how of how to actually use them (I'm late to the makeup/face care game, so my knowledge is next to nothing). After going through the list of items I was looking for and literally color matching each one to me in front of a mirror so I could see, I also received an eyebrow wax. Connor listened to what I liked about my brows and what I was looking for with a wax, and then totally gave me the brows of my dreams. The kicker is that it was done without actually changing much, just shaping mostly, but the attention to detail was noticed and appreciated. (I didn't know this was a service offered, but I absolutely will be going back for Connor from now on.) I have received so many compliments on my "new" look, which turns out, is just my natural tones shining through. THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME, I finally feel like a proper adult with proper products. Can't wait...

Giving this Sephora location 5/5 stars for the AMAZING customer service provided today from Eileen! She was incredible. She got me matched for my perfect foundation shade and she was SUPER helpful with all my questions. I also needed to get a new skincare kit and she had a lot of great input for me with my skin type. Going into this shopping trip, I was actually pretty nervous that I would be linked up with a person just pointing out the most expensive products and not care about my skin type at all. The truth couldn't have been further from my apprehensions! She was really thoughtful in all her suggestions and I was very thrilled with the level of service I received. I will have to go back soon to get a facial from her! Very sweet gal to work with. The store also looked very nice, small but filled with so many items, they take advantage of every square inch in the store! Parking is a little iffy on the street but there IS an adjacent parking lot if you're ok walking for a minute, tops. Highly recommend this Sephora...

Trust me, if I had zero stars I would have given that. This is the worst experience I have had while shopping at Sephora. I went to look for a concealer and corrector, I started trying it on my own but after some time I had to ask someone for help. I think I asked who looked like the store manager and she was so RUDE. She said that we have a service for $15 for makeup trials. I’m like what! I just want to get a concealer not the entire face. I tried on my own again, some girl approached and I asked her for help she said she didn’t know about correctors. All this while the manager(she was Asian) was giving me nasty stares. I honestly felt like they were being RACISTS cos I saw 2 of the workers help girls but not me(I am Indian) I myself work in Retail and this isn’t what we have been taught. This was HORRIBLE
