It's cherry donut time at Top Pot and the Ballard location of top pot is slaying. They had everything I wanted to make a special dozen to take with me down to the Oregon coast as a thank you to some amazing friends. It was beautiful teamwork, Keith selected the donuts while Scar rang each individual doughnut up. In under five minutes (!) I was in and out with my dozen plus my cold brew with extra ice, plus a donut for myself. Lots of warmth and Hospitality with amazing efficiency. Next time I need a dozen I'll be back here for refreshingly Customer Service. There's a reason Top pot remains the iconic donut of Seattle and among the best donuts in the...
Read moreStale doughnuts taste like 4 days old. They ask for a 25 percent tip for buying at the counter! I have been in to Top Pot 3 times in the last year. Should I have to tip 25 percent for that? It makes me uncomfortable and I walk out feeling guilty for not tipping more. Maybe Top Pot should pay their...
