there are not enough words for me to express how much I love Jo and her nails. I don’t even call what she does " services" when people ask me I use the terms " artist" and "artwork". Every set I’ve ever gotten from Jo has been my favorite set yet! I give her creative freedom and I am always happy with the result. Not only is her artwork and her talent incredibly clean, beautiful, inspired etc., she herself is an amazing human being. Such a caring thoughtful person, plus a great set of nails, is a combo you couldn't find in Seattle--until now. In big cities, the culture calls for the " new new" and Jo finally brings that same energy to Seattle! She's booked to the max and yet ALWAYS finds time for new clients, last minute bookings, & emergency nail fixes (RIP thumb extension as I tried to close my trunk 😭). Jo works quickly, but gently and with so much precision. She's also funny, creative, thoughtful, and a great mom/friend. Everything you'd want in a nail tech!

Jo works in a semi-private studio, alongside her friend Tina. I like this type of atmosphere, and will probably never go back to bustling nail salons that serve multiple clients at once.

My first time at Jo's was also my first time getting my nails done professionally in 8 years, after a bad nail bar experience in high school. Jo was aware of this and probably could feel how nervous and clueless I was, but quickly put me at ease. The result was beautiful!

This salon is my absolute fave! I am so relaxed and the environment is calming when I go do my nails that I’ve almost wanted to fall asleep while either Jo or Tina do my nails! They are so accommodating as much as a small business(remember they are people with lives) can with fitting me in, when appointments are not available online! The service here is top notch! I always do dip as that lasts the longest for me, and I ALWAYS GET COMPLEMENTS ANYTIME THEY DO MY NAILS!!
