She can literally bring you back to where you were. Kelly continues to educate herself on the latest products/techniques/trends. Kelly doesn’t take anything personally and can talk through anything if you had envisioned something slightly different. I’ve never left disappointed or frustrated. Kelly is detail oriented, doesn’t cut corners. Kelly cares. High integrity person.

As for cuts, Anne is super talented. She never over-does it and always keeps my cut on trend. I appreciate her collaborative spirit and commitment to growing as a stylist. Nice location, easy parking, warm friendly staff, bright pleasent environment, good vibes. Came in for a color fix from horrible mismatched roots and ginger hair a different salon had given me when id asked for a level 8 natural blonde, this time I actually left with beautiful honey blonde hair and fixed roots. Im amazed what she was able to do in such a short appointment. I have a birthday trip coming up and was devastated when the other salon ruined my hair but sublime was so kind and understanding of the situation they made time to see me for a quick fix before my trip and they let me know full disclosure they might not be able to achieve my full goal in that short time slot but I knew anything they could do would be better than going on my trip with ruined hair, so I agreed to whatever we had time to accomplish, and honestly I am so happy with the results I dont even think it came out looking like the step 1 partial quick fix we agreed on I think it came out looking beautiful and finished and perfect and now I cant wait for my trip and the birthday pics will be pretty! Also they were gentle on my long hair (down to my hips) so if you have long hair and you dont want it cut and are struggling to find a place that is understanding and gentle with long hair, instead of just insisting they need to trim it because they dont want to deal with the extra care it requires, come here! I've been a loyal client at Sublime for over a decade, and the main reason is their incredible colorist, Erica Samp and hair stylist extraordinaire, David Daley (also co-owner).

Erica is an absolute hair coloring wizard! She resurrected my hair from despair initially and from there we’ve experimented with lots of different colors and coloring techniques. She listens to what I want, gives great advice and is technically great at explaining the process - whether it's a subtle change or a complete transformation. She cares about the health of my hair as well, which is very important to me. The results are flawless and leave my hair looking healthy and vibrant.

David is equally amazing at his craft! He is so precise and meticulous with his haircuts, it’s an art to watch him. He is very gifted at knowing what styles are going to get you the results you want. He has also taught me so much about styling my hair in the process (he’s a patient man).

I get lots of compliments on my hair which is all attributed to Erica and David!

The salon itself is fantastic too - modern, comfortable, and with a great atmosphere. I have been to other stylists in the salon in a pinch and would honestly recommend anyone of them.
