Stopped in for lunch and specifically came to this location because we saw they had calzones. They were not very busy on a Sunday afternoon around 2 and we were seated immediately. The person working the bar area was hosting and manning the pizza oven and taking orders…he was working hard. We ordered an appetizer of breadsticks and we split a calzone that had chicken sausage. The breadsticks (two late sticks) were crispy on the outside, but a little too crispy (even for a brick oven) and hard. They were served with a side of marinara sauce that was sweet but no real seasoning with it. We had to ask for some olive oil for the breadsticks as it was missing any seasoning at all. The calzone was pretty large and easily enough for the two of us, we only ate two thirds of it. It had good flavor and contained ricotta and mozzarella cheese. It tasked pretty good but did not have e much chicken sausage in it and again the marinara sauce that was inside it did not really have any seasoning. The location of the restaurant was within a neighborhood and we liked the inside look that contained exposed bricks. The unisex bathroom was not a very clean facility and needs some attention and an upgrade. Overall, this place was solid but could be so much more with an improved bathroom, adding some seasoning to the sauce and maybe undercooking just a bit with the brick over. Crispy is good, but no one likes hard crust. Price was not bad as we spent under $30 to split the calzone, one soda, and the order or breadsticks.

We are in towm for a few days, we ordered for delivery. We tried a different pizza place a few days ago and it was good. Wanting to try another place, with the name Bambinos, sounds amazing! But it was terrible!! The cheese plate was interesting, I figured it would be assorted cheeses and it's this hard tasteless bread and two small pieces of cheese and a dollop of honey. That was literally the best part. The pizza tasted like cardboard. We asked for no bacon and they added bacon. Yuck! We placed a side order of Olives for like 11 bucks and we didn't get that. But they surely put black olives on the pizza. The breadsticks, hilarious joke. They are sloppy rolled up dough, overcooked. None of the bread had any taste of oil or garlic. I asked for utensils to eat the meatball part of the order, didn't get either. Paid over 100 dollars to go back and order from the place the previous night. I don't think I've had such an expensive order go absolutely wrong. I'm not sure how it could be so bad! I would never try this place again. Seriously disappointed, crying hungry kid. Thanks Bambino!

BEST PIZZA IN DOWNTOWN! Came by here because it was close to MoPop and had good reviews. Definitely worth checking it out! Food is excellent, but the waitress, Courtney, really made my visit special. Went mid July, around 4pm, so it was hot out. Because I'm a dummy, I elected to sit by a window, and quickly realized my mistake: it was super hot. Ms Courtney suggested I move to a different seat, in the part of the building that had A/C. I'd just walked a mile or so to get there, so it was most welcome. Almost as soon as I opened my menu, Courtney came by for my drink order, which also came out quick. I ordered the Genovese, just a 10" since I was dining alone, and LORDY was that a pizza! Like none I've ever had. Beautiful, perfect texture, and delicious. Fresh, quality ingredients, cooked to perfection in the wood-fired brick oven. In short, amazing food, fast service, and exceptional wait staff. Definitely coming through on my next Seattle visit.

My sister and I came here on a Friday night around 6pm. There was one gal working EVERY table and every table was full. We made our food decision quite quickly and put in our order. It took about 20 min for the server to remember to bring us our diet cokes. We could see people had been siting around us waiting for food for quite some time. People started getting frustrated, some had to get up and ask for their drinks, some people had to get up and ask for checks. Most people left right after getting food because they waited so long and had plans. When my sister and I saw a Caesar salad come out and went to another table who came in after us we decided to ask about our food. We had now been waiting almost an hour for food and the waitress said our ticket got lost and they haven’t even started our food. 1. How did she not think to check on our food for that long? 2. We were sitting at the bar and not out of site. 3. She blamed it on a new cook who was being trained… but I was watching the guys make pizza and they were turning them out fast. 4. She took zero responsibility for not checking on us and the food. I asked “are you short staffed” she said no. I can’t imagine 1 waitress working the entire night alone on a Friday night. ZERO accountability! I was so hungry and didn’t want to wait even longer for food as I watched people around me still waiting on food so we left. We went to Zeeks and got service and food very fast. I cannot imagine this restaurant would get so many good reviews if this is the usual service people get, but someone needs to train the waitress and put more servers on the floor. I can’t imagine this restaurant is very profitable being ran like that. Let me add the waitress turned away multiple people wanting to eat here because she was too...

Went once, it was empty and when we asked to dine in, it took a bunch of back and forth to clarify that we weren't there to pick up. Food was good, but my partner had to get up and ask for the check even though we were the only customers in the place. Second time we placed an online order. Confirmation page said it would be ready in 20 mins. Got to the restaurant ~30 mins later and the employee said he didn't receive the order, then said there was something wrong with the fax, then recognized that the order had been sitting there the whole time (he had been sitting on his phone and there was only one other person in the place). We had to wait an additional 25 minutes while he then made our food. When my partner asked for a partial refund, he was told no. When he said we wouldn't be coming back, we were told we were not welcome back. The salt in the wound was that the order wasn't right - we were charged for pepperoni we didn't get. I'm not someone who subscribes to the idea that the customer is always right, but when a business is legitimately in the wrong, I expect better service. If I'm going to spend money at your place, I expect...
