TWIST — Local services in Seattle

Their jewelry is beautiful! But, I bought a ring that needed sizing by the artist who would then get it back to Twist for shipment and to allow 6 weeks for delivery and that I would be notified by email and phone when it was shipped. Six weeks came, no ring. I was hoping it would arrive for an occasion that was right at the 6 week mark. No luck. When I finally called, fearing it may have been lost in the mail, I was told that it had been sitting in the store for a month and that they had emailed me. I searched my email, no notification and certainly no phone call. I had my copies of all the info I had given them so was surr it was correct. Its just very disappointing as I had saved for months for the piece and drove 300 miles to pick it out and to have owned it sitting in the store for a month is really upsetting to me!!!! I don't think I'd come back. I was looking for a nice pair of diamond earrings for my mother's birthday, and had a budget. The salesperson helping us made subtle digs that made me feel uncomfortable while browsing, something like "yes diamonds definitely drive the price up afterall" and wouldn't let us browse or look at things out of our price range until I had asked/the offerings she showed us weren't what we wanted. We did end up finding a nice pair of earrings within budget, but because of how we were treated, I wouldn't come back. Instead of being treated like a customer, I felt like I was put in my place constantly 🫠 A bummer, since I chose to shop here when I had a pleasant experience while shopping for my engagement ring, but I guess it's not the same.

Newly married VERY happy customer here! My husband bought my engagement ring from Twist and worked with Jill (now retired but she was so amazing) and ended up buying his wedding band from Twist as well. The selection of individual and unique artists is unmatched anywhere in Seattle. If you truly want something that no one else has this is the place. I also have to give a huge shout out to Cullen whom helped me along with Jill. He was so helpful in making sure I was happy, that my ring was perfect and every detail was exactly as it should be.
