The corporation that bought this 1950s place has done a nice job prettying it up. Unfortunately, they've also raised rents and extras (parking, trash & recycling pickup, extra for animals) every year since they bought it and are doing it again this year. Rents are now equivalent with new buildings that are going up in West Seattle, but this building is not on the same level as the new ones. It's not a bad place and the on-site manager does a good job taking care of things in a timely manner but it's still a pretty'd up old building with high rental rates.
