Disappointed!!! 100% disabled vet waiting for hours to be dropped from wait list and told ātoo badā. Called, was told too bad. Chatted on line was told , you guessed it. Too bad, not my problem. Wow. Thank you.
Thanks but tried that. All I wanted was to change my order to delivery and pay for it because I couldnāt keep waiting and waiting. They were going to put me at the end of the line after waiting well over an hour. For an express pick up!!! NO. you know what I was told about changing to delivery⦠You guessed it again. Sorry, our system is down. Not our problem. Horrible.
Edited. Got a ride to go back and try again. I was told I would have to wait another 2 hours. For my express pickup. Your system is broken terribly!!! Now you left a disabled veteran without medication over the weekend. Not all of us can just drive and wait hours.

The new female manager heard me ask customer waiting in waiting room why he left child in car parked in disabled parking lot. I had to walk across the street The customer was a muscular 6 foot two or 6 foot three young man Jim shirt on just came from the gym, not disabled manager walked up to me and she was friends with customer and told me that if I didnāt shut up, she was kicking me out of the store, very rudely for no reason I was just talking to the man. She said that the reason people do that is because they have their children in vehicles a lot of times what an excuse instead of telling the customer, please donāt leave your kids in vehicles alone in our parking lot. Our insurance does not cover that she took his side, very rude, new female manager, whatever her name is use profanity and her people skills on a scale of one to 10 is a -2 will no longer be spending Our hard earned money...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am SO happy they opened this location! The lobby was spotless and i was warmly welcomed at my 1st impressive trip to the Sebastian store. First i was so happy to see Maureen whom i already knew from my local, She was super helpful and cheerful at my trip here. Not only was i impressed that the inventory was still so stocked at such a late time of the day on a loose drop day, but i had made the order online and it was filled and i got the pickup email within the hour! I was so amazed it got filled that quick i had to go see how they did it. The other Truelieve's need to take note how they do it because fast doesn't describe it!! I wanted to personally thank James who was super friendly, and went out of his way to find something special i decided i wanted last minute.
