I'm writing on behalf of my experience at Muv In Sebastian . I have been into the store approx. 4-5 times and I have to say I was quite impressed. The staff is amazing. I would like to say that on my very first visit Kiya was who helped me and I must say she is the sweetest and most kind person and had a lot of patience with me and help me make some choices while explaining it all .She made the experience amazing especially for someone that new nothing about the products at all .However, I owe it all to Ande for me ever even being seen at all and obtaining my license . She convinced me that cannabis would help with the majority of my medical issues. Wow was she right!!! Ande waited on me on my 2nd or 3rd visit and I found her to be very upbeat, she really makes you feel welcome. Ande is the kind of person that just when she looks at you, you can just she her heart smiling back at you. The Knowledge this young woman possesses regarding her job and her products is astounding and so impressive. Not once did she get aggravated with me or rush me even when it was close to closing time, but rather had the patience of Job. She made me feel relaxed as I was nervous about this whole cannabis industry. Ande is truly an asset to your company and would be an asset to any company that she is a part of! She definitely is a keeper for sure . I look forward to my next visit at Muv and I sure do hope I can request her to wait on me, matter of fact I would actually prefer her every time...
Read moreI purchased a gram of THC crumble on 11/28/2025 around 6 PM from the MÜV location in Sebastian, FL. Upon returning home—less than 15 minutes later—I opened the sealed container with the intention of using the product. To my disappointment, the crumble appeared to have been compromised due to improper time and temperature handling. It was no longer in a usable state and did not resemble the quality I’ve come to expect.
As a regular patient who relies on this product for consistent relief, I was deeply let down. I’ve purchased from both this location and the 192 store in West Melbourne, and typically the crumble is in excellent condition. This time, however, the product was clearly degraded—likely from being stored improperly—and was rendered ineffective.
I feel let down by MÜV and this location in particular. Patients trust dispensaries to provide safe, effective medicine, and this experience felt like a breach of that trust. Selling compromised products to patients in need is unacceptable and undermines the integrity of your brand.
I’m sharing this not out of frustration alone, but in hopes of receiving acknowledgment and a genuine apology. I believe MÜV can and should do better—for me and for every patient who depends on your products.

Read moreWent in as a visitor to help my mom since she has dementia. Robert was very unhelpful. He barely helped us. He just wanted to scoot us out. I come with my mom often to help her and he was the worst customer service representative we’ve ever had. He didn’t mention the card reader not working until she was trying to hand him the card and just told us the ATM was behind us since it wasn’t working. I asked if it was just this register he said he’d half to walk down to another register then told us none were working. Super confusing. She wanted to get more stuff after what she had already gotten and we were told we had to go out and come back in. Like what?! Why couldn’t she just be rung up?! He didn’t care so my mom had to walk out and walk in to be checked in again and wait. (She also uses a cane to walk and isn’t physically stable) How ridiculous. Maybe he needs to be trained better or learn compassion.
Let me add, we came back in literally minutes later and magically all card machines work. What a joke. Lady working here...
