We have been quite a few times and usually decent service but last night was one of the worst ever, I understand Friday night expect it to be busier but we have been there when they were much much busier and even having to wait for a table but we were sat right away , waitress came right away but then that’s where it went down hill. I ordered a Miller lite draft unaware there was a 2 for 1 deal until she brought two to me, she could have at least said there’s a special do you want both but whatever that was fine , we ordered pretty simple dinners steak fajitas and another steak sort of meal, pretty simple and quick dinners well we waited and waited and then noticed a couple who came in after us was already done with their meal and leaving and then two more tables that were sat ordered way after us and were already done . Waitress did come by and say something of sorry kitchen problem and a haha and left .. uhmm ok?? Finally about 40 minutes later she brings out our food in pieces and we ask what happened and she said kitchen busy Friday night , we said well we’ve had many people come in after us and already leaving and she kept saying kitchen busy . We said fine but can we speak to a manager , her response ok ok no problem , half way through eating she comes by again and we ask can we please speak to manager .. ok ok she’s coming , well check comes and we say because of long wait is there maybe anything that can be taken off plus manager never came , her response oh no I can’t do that but ok ok manager is coming and well Of course no manager ever came we paid tab and never in my life had we done this but she unfortunately did not get a tip . This wasn’t kitchens fault I believe she forgot to put our order in and tried to blame kitchen . Lesson learned and will not be going back to this location. Side note food did come out good...
Read moreMy wife and I visited this restaurant yesterday. Shortly after we arrived, a waitress came to our table with some chips with "queso dip" (cheese dip). We were impressed, because most Mexican restaurants give you complimentary chips and salsa. The waitress told us she was coming right back to take our order. After waiting for a while, Daniel, the bartender/waiter, came to take our order and we told him we needed to see the menu, which he quickly brought. Soon after, we placed our order for drinks and food.
While reading the menu, my wife pointed out that the "queso dip" was $5.99 and I told her, well it must be complimentary, because we didn't order it and they can't charge us for that. We didn't even have menus when the waitress brought the "queso dip".
The margaritas were watered down and the food was overcooked and poorly seasoned. We love Mexican food, but this was inferior to Taco Bell and I like Taco Bell.
When we got our check, I noticed we were being charged $5.99 for the "queso dip". I called Daniel (the bartender/waiter) and I told him we didn't order that and his reply was "but you already ate it". I told him that we assumed that was complimentary, like in most Mexican restaurants, but he refused to take it off the check. I didn't want to argue anymore with him, but when I signed the credit card receipt, it's needless to say, I put "zero" for tip with my written message "NEVER ARGUE WITH A CUSTOMER, BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" (the old Sears Customer Service motto). I hope that would teach him a lesson is customer service.
With lousy drinks, lousy food and the worst customer service, "one star" is too much...

We ordered takeout, 1 Supremo Burrito, 1 order of steak and chicken Fajitas. Ordering it over the phone was so hard because the person on the phone kept asking "Do you want beans and rice?" I would say NO BEANS. Then she would ask again, 3 times. NO BEANS because of a medical issue. We got there in the rain, got the takeout, paid, and headed out. There was 2 boxes and 2 bags of chips, and 2 salsa containers. We get home, on the other side of Sebastian and get the food out of the VERY tightly tied bag. There was only the stuff that you put on the fajitas(sour cream, guacamole, etc.) and the burrito. No tortillas, or meat for the fajitas.
We called and it was the same person, we had to get another person on the phone that actually understood (remember the beans situation). We head all the way back to the restaurant and we get our stuff, and thankfully they also gave us extra toppings.
I don't know about the other people that ate the Fajitas, but the chicken in my burrito was INCREDIBLY dry. I had to dunk it in sour cream just to chew it. and at the end of the burrito was STEAK. I did NOT order steak. I would've brushed this off but I can't have red meat without feeling incredibly sick, and could you imagine if someone was actually allergic to red meat and got the same thing? I hope whoever is doesn't get the same thing I did. But at least I didn't get beans!
2/5 Stars due to so many complications, but when you actually dine in...
