Wow is the best word to describe Elisa’s customer service and attention to detail! Did you know that Launch is under new management? Elisa took over in January and alteration services are now being offered by Elisa herself. I bought a jacket online which was supposed to be made to my measurements but was far from lovely. overpriced and snobby... perfect example of why I opened a store very much like it 10 years ago and still sell people's stuff online... i keep waiting years between visiting this business and every visit results in the same yucky feeling when i leave without making a purchase... even though I would love to buy some of their adorable items... but not at those prices and I don't want to support them. and typically I support all local businesses......

This is by far the best consignment store i've ever been to. The owner is incredibly kind, funny, and welcoming. I've purchased so many great pieces from Launch over the years, and I can't wait to go back soon! Maybe for the halloween sale! also i purchased my favorite pair of pants ever from Launch — Prana pants....
