We went in yesterday to have services transferred from an old Samsung cheap-ee phone, to an old IPhone. Lots of extra challenges: couldn’t charge old battery, a couple forgotten passwords, Android to Apple, etc. made the process trickier than usual!! Thank goodness for Nicholas!! He was so calm and patient as well as super capable!! We were hugely impressed and thankful to be under his care, along with being so relieved to not have to figure it out by ourselves!! I have spent multiple weekends trying to resolve a very simple trade-in and or adding a new line to my service. Each visit was met with its own snags consisting of at least 4 hours each time. The employees had very little order the wrong phone the first time upon my return trip I had to wait on the phone while in store to get this issue resolved long story short it wasn't resolved it was poor professionalism and I'm very disappointed I don't recommend going to this location for AT&t...
