This shop and ESPECIALLY it’s employees (Jared and Cam specifically) are absolute gems! If I were the owner, I would do whatever it takes to keep these two within my business for years to come in order to succeed in customer service, customer care and customer support. After having to get a boost, Jared not only took the time to inspect and test my battery for free, he offered several options and pathways to remedy the issue. He kindly offered his number and said to contact him if we encountered any problems - unfortunately we had to take him up on that offer hours later while in Louisville for a baseball game. Jared put us in touch with his coworker Cam, who on his own time, drove down to Louisville to replace our car battery for us on the spot! If this isn’t customer service of the highest degree, I don’t know what is. These two literally saved our family road trip, which was only into its third day with two more weeks to go! Absolute rockstars these two are, and as such, should be proud of not only how they handle and provide customer service, but how they were raised and how strong their character is. If anyone doubts that the younger generation of America is in shambles, they only need to visit this O’Reilly’s location to see that this nation still has some bright and shining stars, who go above and beyond to help others in times of need. I came in confused, and in my lost mind . I had purchased either the front or the back disc brakes at another location .I digress I couldn't remember. when I got there and I came in there for the other half. You know cuz why not 😂. Guy that i shared my confusion with at the front register. Opted to enlighten me. An entertainment of confusion. Thank you.. because why not.right. so we proceeded. We pulled them both front and back from the shelves in back to compare ,look at them for size. To relieve my confusion. I felt comfortable with the smaller size. I can't take a whole lot of girth. So I bought the smaller ones only to realize I had messed up it was indeed the bigger ones that I needed. Ahh At last. We have completed the transaction I had settled with the bigger ones. Thanks for patient cash register guys. Who are willing to give me the big ones. After knowing my dissatisfaction with the smaller ones. You know you don't want to use four of those pads after already having them. Good God look at the girth on these big pads. I spend thousands of dollars at this store weekly, and yet when I try to make a single return they won’t do it. And honestly James is a total douche with a terrible attitude. Every single Oreillys around this area is a great store besides this one. Would not recommend going here. Even if you have to drive to Charlestown or Jeff or even Clarksville or new Albany.
