Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Selma

Got there and waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged, 10 minutes spent waiting, the cashier went to help the man who walked in behind me so I stepped forward and said I'm here for a mobile order pick up and they continue to tell me they were working on it when there were two bags sitting there the whole time when I walked in I kept assuming they were mine but I couldn't tell because the receipt was too far away to read.. the cashier continues to take that man's order then takes the next ladies order then another few minutes go by they come to the counter the same cashier asking if I need a drink carrier and I say I didn't have any drinks then they go check the bags that have been sitting there the whole time while I was sitting there waiting and gives them to me. long story short when I walked in my food was ready and I had to sit around for almost 11 and a half minutes for them to give me those same bags that were already ready when I walked in almost 11 and a half minutes ago... They also need a deep cleaning it smells a little wet inside like if you left a rag that was wet out that was soaked with beer or soda or something.. have yet to eat my food yet we'll see how I feel...

The guy running the place on Wednesday night was the worst manager. We went inside since drive thru had 12 cars, and yes it was 8th grade promotion night, so understandable busy. However after standing at counter for 10min with nobody acknowledging us we were told that nobody inside would have their order taken until everyone in the drive thru rush orders full filled. When I spoke up and said no doesn’t work that way I was told yes that’s how they handle busy drive thru they make anyone ordering inside wait til they are done. When said nope not how fast food works I’ve worked in fast food so get it together. Was told I could leave and said I think I’ll do that then the manager said since you can’t seem to wait what do you want come on hurry up and order. Ordered curly fries and drink with 2 tacos. Tacos still have uncooked and fries were half curly half regular. This will be the last time I come at that time with that manager working. Could have been worse but just think it’s unnecessary and could have easily been handled...

When I'm craving chicken tenders, Jack in the Box is the ONLY way I can satisfy that craving! My favorite thing to get there used to be the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger (no mayonnaise, no tomato) for a long time, but when my stomach shrank, I knew I wouldn't be able to eat the whole burger, so I tried their 6 piece Crispy Chicken Tenders and absolutely fell in love with the flavor! I don't even use any dipping sauces for them because they are THAT GOOD!!! The employees are ALWAYS nice/sweet when I go through the drive-thru and they've always been nice the few times I've actually been inside the restaurant. The restaurant and restrooms always look clean, which is a HUGE plus when you need to stop to use the restroom at a moments notice! I really don't have anything bad to say about this specific Jack in the Box, though I wish Kingsburg still had one, but Robertito's is great, too, especially if you're craving an authentic Mexican flavor!
