Starbucks — Restaurant in Selma

Terrible customer service. The white gentleman with the blonde hair and glasses is very rude. We are on a long road trip, we obviously had to use the restroom but we were definitely going to order and told him we were going to order but he had such a rude attitude. We then went to the counter to order and informed him that there was no toilet paper in the restroom. He told us he would take care of it and did not even though we mentioned and one of the other female employees ln staff had used the restroom and knew there was no toilet paper and still did nothing. Then after getting the lattes we ordered my mom walked up to order brown sugar to add to the lattes we order the same guy with a rude, condescending and racist tone asked why and what she didn’t order anything. And had to prove that her husband did order something. The guy then responded and said well we don’t have any for you.

I then went up again to ask for toilet paper and the guy said well I’m on my break and the female coworker said to wait and we waited another 30 and still nothing. They are such rude people with such a terrible and...

Went before they closed and ordered a trenta Very Berry Hibiscus. I had asked the lady at the window who made the drink and they called out a guy, he seemed so nervous. It did look different, a little light in color, almost watered down. But when I tried it, it was opposite of that. The gentleman that made my drink was Stephen (I believe I heard) I had to compliment him and although there are measurements that they follow, I always tend to get a very sweet drink in which I always order a side of water. It was perfect. So Stephen (sorry if I misspell your name, I didn’t catch the spelling) but to the young gentlemen that made my drink, thank you 😊. Came in to this place and ordered some hot tea and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I know that the drive thru takes priority over the walk in clients, but...really. The tea came out, but the bagel took forever. Not even a thank you from the girl at the counter. Like she was bothered from people coming in to order. And, when I took my order to my truck, the bagel was burnt, still smoking. Now, since I like my toast a little on the dark side, I didn't create a fuss. However, this is the 2nd visit here, and the service was the same. I only come here when getting my vehicle washed. Most other Starbuck's are appreciative of their customers.
