Sleep Number — Hotel in Selma

The bed has been working great until about a month ago where it would no longer communicate with our app via Bluetooth however the "cloud" feature was still working.

Yesterday after a router restart, the bed would no longer connect. We have tried to make it connect for over 12 hours without any success.

I spent 2 hours on the phone with phone and chat support going over maneuvers that I had already tried for 12 hours prior.

This morning after 2 more hours on the phone, my wife was told that we must have done something different to our network. I take issue with this statement as we have over 20 devices that connect to our wireless network without even a hiccup.

This includes smart switches, smart plugs, cameras, laptops, iPads and phones. There is nothing here to indicate there is an issue with my network and all hints of failure point to the wireless unit on the bed. Especially since the Bluetooth functionality has not worked for over a month.

Beware of purchasing anything from Sleep Number. If there's ever an issue with the bed, be prepared for them to fight back and be quick to blame you for...

Although my fiancé and I decided to go with another bed over a sleep number it wasn’t because of any negative experience with this store. After visiting here and deciding to go with another bed I felt compelled to write a review of this store.

We were greeted promptly and offered bottles of water. Melissa asked us some basic questions and took it away from there. She was absolutely friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions without hesitation and without any disgust, as I imagine she gets the same questions day in and day out.

We loved the beds and the price was a bit steep but was still in our budget. Ultimately we found something else that we felt better suited us.

100 Free Trial is a scam!!! Sleep Number charges $250 for delivery and $250 (plus taxes) for returns. You will be paying $500 for a trial of this product. I bought the 360 P5 and thought this was the mattress in the store. Waited a month to finally receive the mattress. The first few mornings after using the bed, both the wife and I had severe back, neck, and hip pain. For over a month we tried different settings, but nothing worked.
