First off, I love the store, the selection is great, a bit spendy but overall not too bad. The reason for the one star is the clerk, she was the most rude individual I have ever come across in my entire 29 years of existence! She treated my friend and I as if we were poor trash (I ended spending almost $100 bucks) from the minute we arrived! We were just walking around town for my birthday and so we decided to check this place out again (as we figured the same clerks rudeness was because she was busy last time), so we knew they had masks we could use when arriving into the store, absolutely respecting the business and promoting our safety and others while in the store. But the minute we arrived (no one else in the store) she became the worst human being I’ve ever interacted with. The nicest way I can put it is rude beyond belief. I didn’t want to spend any money after she forced my friend who had her closed travel mug with her to stand in the corner and not even allow her to help me pick out stuff for my birthday because she said she would spill coffee everywhere! My friend is in her 30s… Anyways, love the crystals but the staff is disgusting , rude, and we will never be a patron of their again as I they ruined my experience on my birthday and insulted my friend who is a wonderful human being. I was wondering if this place was a geology-oriented rock shop or a woo-woo "crystal healing" kind of place, but it turned out to be a COVID-ignorance-spewing kind of place with an added dash of snugness. YIKES!

Gave an extra star for the nice geology specimens I saw before I left. Too bad the owners are so willfully ignorant.

This is the first place I would actually give a zero if it we're available. First of all, the prices were higher than any I've seen and ive been in some high rent districts. Secondly, my mother taught me that u catch more flies w honey than with what this guy is dishing out. He works there alone and thats a good thing. My thoughts are since he scares off his business, he must try to make rent on each sale. I didn't stay long. Between his prices and his rude demeanor, I left pretty quick.
