Had frequented the store a few times so decided to consign some items. Took multiple things including a Louis pochette. On 3 different occasions the owner forgot that I left it there, didn’t include it in my consignment itemization initially and even on one occasion tried to tell me I never left it there. The experience made me uncomfortable so I asked for my things back. Owner said she would collect them for me then proceeded to send me another consignment itemization. I waited a week and messaged her again asking if I could pick up my things. She told me I could get them next week.
